Can Redemption LLC

SERVICES PROVIDED
Can Redemption LLC provides curbside residential garbage and recycling bin cleaning services, as well as exterior surface cleaning services including driveways, sidewalks, patios, and decks.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
One-Time Cleaning
All one-time services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Services will not be scheduled or performed without payment.
Seasonal Plans
Seasonal services must be paid in full upfront prior to scheduling.
Monthly Subscription Plan
Monthly services are billed at $30 per month and require a valid payment method on file. By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring charges.
Additional bins are charged at $10 per bin per service.

SUBSCRIPTION MINIMUM COMMITMENT
All monthly subscription plans require a minimum of three (3) completed service visits.
If a customer cancels service before completing the required minimum visits, the customer will be immediately charged for the remaining visits required to fulfill the minimum commitment at the standard one-time service rate.
This amount will be charged to the payment method on file.
By enrolling in a monthly plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this minimum service commitment and associated charges.
WINTER SERVICE PAUSE & AUTOMATIC RESUMPTION
Monthly subscription services are seasonal and operate from approximately March through November.
Service will be automatically paused during the winter months of December, January, and February due to weather conditions.
Monthly billing and service will automatically resume when the service season begins again in March.
By enrolling in a monthly subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees that service and billing will automatically resume each season unless canceled.
If the customer does not wish to continue service, it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the start of the next service season in March.
Failure to cancel before service resumes will result in normal billing and service continuation.
No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel prior to the start of the new service season.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $20 cancellation/no-show fee.

SCHEDULING & SERVICE TIMING
Services are scheduled based on route efficiency and may occur on or around your trash collection day.
Specific time or day requests are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to reschedule services as needed.

WEATHER POLICY
Services will not be performed in temperatures below 32°F or during unsafe weather conditions.
If service is postponed due to weather, it will be rescheduled at our discretion.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To receive service, customers must ensure:
• Bins are empty
• Bins are placed curbside or easily accessible
• Bins are free of hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
– Paint
– Chemicals
– Oils
– Adhesives
– Animal waste
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the service being skipped and considered completed, with no refund, credit, or rescheduling provided.

MISSED SERVICE POLICY
If service cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, including inaccessible, non-compliant, or non-empty bins, the visit will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

PAYMENT FAILURES
If a payment method is declined:
• Service may be suspended immediately
• Outstanding balances must be paid before future services resume
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable for service.

SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or residue due to the condition and material of individual bins or surfaces.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Can Redemption LLC is not responsible for damage to bins or property caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or structurally compromised materials.
Customers acknowledge that garbage bins may become brittle, cracked, or weakened over time, and cleaning may expose these conditions.
By scheduling service, the customer agrees that Can Redemption LLC is not liable for such damage.
POWER WASHING SERVICES

GENERAL SURFACE CLEANING DISCLAIMER
Exterior cleaning services (including driveways, sidewalks, and patios) may not remove all stains, including but not limited to oil stains, rust stains, or deep-set discoloration. Results may vary based on surface condition.

PROPERTY PROTECTION
Customers are responsible for removing or securing all personal property near the service area. We are not responsible for damage to items left in or around the cleaning area.

DECK CLEANING DISCLAIMER
Wood and composite decking materials may have pre-existing conditions including rot, weakened structural integrity, loose boards, splintering, or prior damage that may not be visible before cleaning.
Pressure washing may expose or worsen these conditions, including raised wood grain, splintering, or surface damage.
By scheduling deck cleaning services, the customer acknowledges these risks and agrees that Can Redemption LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or the cleaning process.
Additional services such as sanding, staining, or repairs are not included unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the deck is deemed structurally compromised or unsafe.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
If service cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, including inaccessible bins or failure to meet service requirements, no refunds or credits will be issued.

PHOTOGRAPHY & DOCUMENTATION
Can Redemption LLC may take photographs of bins and service areas before, during, and after service for the purpose of documenting service quality, existing conditions, and any pre-existing damage.
These images may be used for internal records, dispute resolution, and quality control.
By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Can Redemption LLC may use non-identifiable photos for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including on websites and social media.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing personally identifiable information, including house numbers, addresses, or individuals. Customers may request that their property not be used for marketing purposes by notifying us in writing prior to service.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

AGREEMENT
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
